Tully Cross and Renvyle
One of my favourite places beyond Connemara is the north Galway coastline. The trip from Leenane, along Killary Fjord, turning right past Lough Fee, then on past Glassilaun's curved beach, on to Tully Cross and then Renvyle beach. It's a beautiful stretch of coastline, and I really don't get there often enough. After the past 2 weeks house bound, I'm itching to get out of the house. Here's a few shots from that north Galway coastline.Tully Cross.Renvyle BeachI'm visiting the doctor tomorrow, and despite some swelling, I'm hoping to get the all clear to go shooting wildlife in the Saltees next week, my first outing in a while. The island is full of Puffins, Gannets, Guillemots and Razorbills. A few years ago I created my first ever self published book after a trip there. You can preview it on lulu.com: http://www.lulu.com/seanmccormack. The page says I have other books planned, and indeed I do!
