I've gotten out of the habit of entering competition, but I remembered on the 31st that there was still time to enter the SWPP monthly competition. I got 1 Gold and 3 Highly Commendeds. Getting a gold puts you forward towards the Photographer of the Year in that category. In this case it was the Pictorial and Fine Art category  for the Iceland photo above. I also got a Highly Commended for my very popular Supermoon Over Galway shot in Landscapes,  a nude shot in the Open/Avant Garde section and a shot of the Stunning from the back of the stage at the Volvo Ocean Race in Events (this is up on my Facebook Page, go and like it! Highly Commended images are reviewed quarterly too, and may be included in the final judging too.Prints are available,  use the contact form for newer images like this, or via the Prints pages on http://skywaterland.com.I know Panorama sizes are hard to get framed nicely, but I'm looking into a set of 18X10 frames with 14X6 apertures for Panoramas like this one. That's similar to the Facebook Timeline cover size.
