Fuji Summit 2020

Loads of new announcements from Fuji, my brand of choice: The X-S10 camera was announced. It’s closer to dSLR design getting the standard PASM style dial rather than the typical ISO and Shutter dials. Shutter and Aperture are on the front and back dials as per dSLR. It takes the features of the X-T4 and puts them in a more compact body.

The XF10-24mm is getting an update with OIS and WR (image stabilization and weather resistance). It’s also getting a marked Aperture scale. A new zoom (and exciting for me) unveiled was the XF70-300. While it’s a 4-5.6 lens, it’ll work work with the 2X teleconverter to give a 900mm equivalent in 35mm terms. They also added a new prime in the form of the XF18mm f1.4.

Here’s the summit to see it all.
